The venue is fairly clean and spacious, views are marvellous, the location is good close enough to the main attractions and the tourist sights by tram or on foot and the larger department stores. It has exceptionally nice staff members with good services. They have a roof top bar.

the breakfasts were extensive and fantastic with a panoramic view of the city and also good bread. the hotel had particularly good location close to shops, mega-malls and restaurants, both okayama and the region, and excellent french restaurant.

The hotel's location was magnificent, so close to Very close to the train station, transport and eateries and the mall. Furthermore, by tram. We stayed in an a decent size room with a nice view, and loved it.

The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The view from the 18th floor overlooking the city and mountains was breathtaking. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the station, making it easy to explore Okayama and its surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting with restaurant reservations. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay in Okayama.

Unfortunately a typhoon prevented the planned trip to the island of art, Naoshima. So we were all pleased to be able to enjoy the benefits of the hotel.

A "household coffee machine" for this huge hotel .... Unprofessional and only labeled in Japanese. The hotel has an "80s charm"

This fancy hotel offers a such wonderful experience. The breakfast is bountiful, and the location is favourable just next door to okayama castle and other main attractions, with a nearby shopping center and numourous shops and the underground mall. The services are good, including a good pool. Free Wi-Fi which allows me to work is available throughout the property.

The room itself was decent sized with a view and had essentials we needed. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, near to Close to Okayama station and trains from the Noto Peninsular and Takamatsu and Adachi Garden.
